This die cutting & creasing machines are widely used in paper converting and plastic industry. It can cuts and crease a lot of products such as cardboard, corrugated board, plastic and leather etc. The machine features high durability and stability.
Features:
1. Sliding bearings are made of high quality alloy cooper ensuring to get effect of anti-friction and less shakings.
2. Flywheel applies large moment of force and large pressure.
3. One casting structure by using top-grade materials provides high strength.
4. Single plate electromagnetic clutch is sensitive and reliable.
5. Operation altitude is reasonably arranged where the movable platen can be opened to its optimum.
6. Reliable safety system
7, Centralized automatic lubricating system, stainless steel plate and pneumatic plate push up are optional to be equipped.
