Ac800m has strong scalability. The controller runs ABB Control software, and its control capability and communication scale can be large or small. It is divided into the following three categories according to its capacity:
1. Binary control authority
It includes all basic data types and functions, such as type conversion, arithmetic operation, logic operation, flip-flop, clock, counter and other functions conforming to IEC 61131-3 standard.
This permission also allows the ac800m to communicate with other stations such as other controllers, OPC servers and control builder as a server in a control network environment such as RS232C or Ethernet.
2. Standard control authority
Including all the above functions and the following functions:
Communication: ac800m can also communicate with other systems in the form of client in a control network that complies with standard protocols, such as Ethernet and RS232.
Process object processing: provide special function blocks for the control of common equipment in the factory, such as the control of motors and valves. This provides great convenience for control engineers and plant operators.
Conventional control: provide single loop or cascade control PID function block with digital or analog output. Convenient PID parameter setting even has PID parameter self-tuning function.
Factory standard batch control function.
Redundant control network with automatic error repair and reporting can be selected.
(3) advanced control authority
Including all the above functions and the following functions:
High-level object-oriented control by controlling the module architecture.
The fuzzy control algorithm can be selected.
Ac800m configures, programs and processes it through control builder M. This software runs on Windows 2000 system platform and supports five programming languages specified in IEC 61131-3 standard.
