Bag Filter is one kind of pressure type filter. The liquid is injected into the filtration bag by a pump. The bag is installed inside the strengthening net or protection net.
1) The bag filter is easy to operate. When you want to use the machine, choose the demand fineness filtration bag and install it into the filtration chamber, then check whether the O type seal rings are intact, at last tighten the circular type bolts.
2) Start the pump, then the pressure gauge on the filtration cover will slightly rise. At first, the pressure is about 0.05Mpa, and it will rise up due to the residues gradually increase in the filtration chamber. When the pressure rises up to 0.4Mpa, the user should stop the machine and open the cover, to check the residues. You can choose to replace the filtration bag to continue working. The filtration bag can be reused after cleaning.
3) You can adjust the ball valve on the return line to control the pressure around 0.1~0.3Mpa. The too high pressure will damage the filtration bag and the protection net.
2. Applications of the bag filter:
Paint, beer, vegetable oil, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petroleum products, textile chemicals, photographic chemicals, plating liquid, milk, mineral water, hot solvents, latex, industrial water, sugar water, resins, inks, industrial waste water, fruit juice, edible oil and wax type, etc.
3. Features of the bag filter:
This fast pressure-type filter has features as followed: New structure, small size, easy operation, energy saving, high efficiency, closed working, adaptable multi-purpose.
The equipment mainly consists of the filter tank shell, filter tank cover, quick-opening institution and stainless steel strengthening net.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in plywood case . If your goods have one container that the goods can without plywood case packing ,just wrap the film to load .

A: T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take about 30 days after receiving your advance payment for customized machine. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can produced as your technical drawings. If you haven't the drawing , just told me your need and our engineer will make the drawing for your reference .
