Feature
1.The screw is designed with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity.
2.The hanger-type die head adopts the double throttling design of the number of pages, which makes the thickness adjustment of the plate more precise.
3.Temperature control ±1 ℃ can control the plasticizing process and the thickness of the plate, and the flattening.
4.The three-roll calender adopts horizontal, vertical or 45° inclined type, which can be lifted and lowered freely.
5.The plate thickness control adopts screw adjustment and two-way adjustment of the pressing wheel to control the plate thickness.
6.The independently controlled roller temperature control system can control the temperature of the pressure roller to make the thickness of the plate uniform.
7.Slicing machine, precise plate length and quantity.
8.The winding table device adopts advanced torque motor, which can adjust the speed and winding tension at will.
