What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)? Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is generally 1 unit. The exception however is that for certain items (e.g. labware or consumables) the MOQ may vary. How long are your warranty? All BOYN products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation or 14 months after shipment date from the manufacturer, whichever occurs first. How about the maintenance after the warranty period? After the warranty period, we are still responsible for after-sales service. As long as the useful life of the equipment is unexpired, we will provide paid services for replacement parts. How can I make payment? And what is your payment term?
