Small Spray Dryer The small/experimental/micro spray dryer is mainly suitable for the production of micro-granular powder in the laboratories of universities, research institutes and food, medicine and chemical enterprises.
Application industry: Spray dryers are widely used in a wide range of industries, such as: food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, fine ceramics, materials, dairy products, health products, environmental protection, biology, lubricants, additive industries, etc.
Material type: Materials with fluidity, such as aqueous solutions, emulsions, suspensions, pastes, etc., can be pumped into the atomizer with a peristaltic pump.
Equipment principle: The material liquid is sprayed into fine droplets by the atomizer and dispersed in the hot drying medium (hot air flow), the solvent is quickly evaporated to obtain a solid product, and the gas-solid separation is realized, and the products are mostly powder or small particles.
Features: 1. Color LCD touch screen parameter display: air inlet temperature / air outlet temperature / peristaltic pump speed / air volume / needle frequency. 2. Fully automatic control: one-button start-up, after setting the spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the predetermined temperature, the peristaltic pump starts automatically, the running animation is displayed on the touch screen, and the running process is clearly displayed; 3. Nozzle cleaner (through needle): When the nozzle is blocked, the blockage is automatically removed, and the frequency of the needle through can be adjusted by itself. 4. Shutdown protection function: When the heater is turned off, the fan cannot be turned off when the heater is above 60°C, to ensure that the heating part of the equipment will not be burned out due to misoperation (forcibly turning off the fan). 5. Temperature control: The real-time PID constant temperature control technology is adopted, the temperature control is accurate in the whole temperature area, and the heating temperature control accuracy is ±1°C. 6. Finished product effect: The normal distribution of particle size of the finished product is steep, the particles are uniform, and the fluidity is good.
