1、 Overview:
The electric flow control valve is used to control the quantity of discharged materials, and is usually used with the pneumatic on-off valve. The material passes through a small chute to fluidize the material, and then enters the flow valve, so as to avoid the formation of material column in the flow control part. The opening of the flow control valve is regulated by the electric actuator, which can realize the remote control of the opening of the valve to meet the requirements of the system for regulating the flow. It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, glass and other industries.
2、 Structural features
The electric flow control valve has a scientific and reasonable design and compact structure. The valve core is provided with a U-shaped notch. The opening of the notch can be adjusted to control the flow. A gasket is provided at the inlet of the valve to separate the valve body from the valve core. The radial clearance between the gasket and the valve core can be adjusted to ensure the flexibility of the operation of the valve core. The flow control valve is equipped with electric actuator or customized as required.

4、 Working principle
The electric flow control valve is mainly composed of valve body, sealing gasket, bushing, valve core, bearing, air permeable layer, aeration tank and transmission device. The fan provides low-pressure and small capacity air, which is inflated by the aeration tank through the channel opening. The gas is uniformly blown upward through the permeable layer, which encourages the material to move upward. When the material falls under its own weight, the displacement will be caused by the equipment installation slope, and the material will move forward repeatedly. The actuator drives the coupling and the valve core to adjust the material flow.
5、 Instructions for use
Before installation, please check whether there are sundries attached in the inner cavity, otherwise the U-shaped valve element will be blocked or the valve parts will be damaged. Check whether the transmission parts are flexible and reliable. During installation, the transmission part is not allowed to be used for hoisting, and damage is strictly prohibited. The sealing gasket shall be added in the middle of the two flange connections, and then the connecting bolts shall be tightened evenly.
