1、 Overview:

The electric flow control valve is mainly composed of valve body, gasket, bushing, valve core, bearing, air permeable layer, gas filling groove and transmission device. The fan supplies low-pressure and small capacity air, which is inflated by the aeration tank through the channel opening. The gas is evenly blown upward through the air permeable layer, and the material is encouraged to move upward. When the material falls by its own weight, the displacement is caused by the installation slope of the equipment, and the material is repeatedly moved forward. The actuator drives the coupling and valve core to adjust the material flow.

5、 Instructions for use

Before installation, please check whether there are foreign matters attached to the inner cavity, otherwise the U-shaped valve core will be blocked or the valve parts will be damaged. Check whether the transmission parts are flexible and reliable. During installation, the transmission part is not allowed to be used for hoisting and damage is strictly prohibited. The sealing gasket should be added between the two flange connections, and then the connecting bolts should be tightened evenly.
