Microporous Pure Titanium Aeration Head
The microporous pure titanium aeration head is made of industrial pure titanium powder (purity ≥99.6899%) as the main raw material, which is sintered at high temperature and high vacuum. The spherical bottom diameter of spherical titanium aeration head is Φ100mm, the arc surface is Φ125mm, the wall thickness is 3mm, the aeration bubbles are 0.1-2mm, and the aeration resistance is small, the gas-liquid interface area is large, the bubbles diffuse evenly, and there will be no hole blocking. The energy consumption of conventional aeration is reduced by 40%, and the amount of sewage treatment is nearly doubled. Titanium aeration head has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, high acid and alkali resistance, and long service life. Application
The scope of application of the product includes urban sewage,
chemical industry, petrochemical industry,
bioengineering, pharmaceutical industry,
food industry,
new construction and expansion of large water plants and renovation of old aeration tanks.
It is especially suitable for ozone aeration, high temperature and strong alkali aeration.
Cleaning method
1. For decarbonization and filtration in the pharmaceutical and chemical fields, backflushing and backwashing methods combined with ultrasonic cleaning are often used to achieve the best results.
2. In the water production industry, because most of the water-insoluble salts and oxides retained on the surface of the filter element are soaked in 5% nitric acid, the cleaning effect can be achieved without ultrasonic cleaning.
3. Filtration of raw liquid should be combined with the chemical properties of pollutants, and the following methods should be used for cleaning:
(1) Alkaline washing.
(2) Pickling.
(3) Organic pollution can be combined with surfactant cleaning.
(4) If conditions permit, it is best to combine with an ultrasonic cleaner.
