Precision-layered titanium basket for copper sulfate ore filtration
This precision-layered titanium basket is a customized product designed for critical filtration stages in copper sulfate ore production. With an overall length of 500 mm, its core structure features an innovative three-layer combination of precision titanium expanded mesh.
From outer to inner layers, mesh apertures are configured at 2×4 mm, 3×7 mm, and 10×15 mm, respectively, achieving progressive material separation from coarse to fine filtration through graded aperture distribution. This targeted design significantly enhances filtration efficiency and residue capacity in corrosive media such as copper sulfate ore slurry, ensuring stable performance in demanding chemical production environments.
All connection points of the basket are precision-welded using high-purity titanium welding wire, resulting in smooth and robust seams free from weak or incomplete joints. This ensures structural integrity while maintaining excellent visual quality. Each mesh layer undergoes directional stretching and shaping to guarantee aperture stability under prolonged exposure to slurry erosion and chemical corrosion, preventing filtration performance degradation caused by structural deformation.

Three-Layer Progressive Filtration Structure
Constructed with titanium expanded mesh combinations of 2×4 mm (outer), 3×7 mm (middle), and 10×15 mm (inner), forming an aperture gradient from dense to sparse. This design progressively captures solid particles of different sizes—outer fine mesh for precision filtration, inner coarse mesh for pre-filtration and structural support—significantly extending service life and reducing clogging frequency.

High-Integrity Welding Technology
Utilizes inert gas shielded welding to create continuous, uniform seams with smooth, burr-free surfaces. Weld strength reaches no less than 90% of the base material. Weld zones exhibit corrosion resistance identical to the mesh, eliminating risks of leakage or structural failure due to welding defects.
Exceptional Corrosion Resistance & Deformation Prevention
Pure titanium construction demonstrates an annual corrosion rate below 0.01 mm in copper sulfate slurry, ensuring long-term rust-free operation. Pre-stressed mesh maintains aperture precision under continuous slurry impact, preventing filtration accuracy loss or structural instability caused by plastic deformation.
