    The operating principle of the gas atomizing equipment refers to the process of powder making. Under the condition of metal or alloy and liquid metal inverting indirectly, the heat holding crucible flows out of the liquid through the diversion mouth (downward), and the high-pressure gas nozzle is used to squeeze the liquid metal into a large number of fines and small droplets.
The flying droplets solidify into spherical or subspherical particles, thus completing the entire pulverizing process.
