When filling, a signal is given by a weighing sensor, and the opening time of the filling valve is controlled by a programmable controller PLC, so that the materials in the material box automatically flow into the container to be filled through pressurization. 2. The filling part of this machine consists of quick filling, medium filling and slow filling, and the slow filling is used as auxiliary filling material. At the beginning of filling, all filling valves are opened for quick filling; When filling to the fast feeding value, the filling valve is closed to the middle filling position, and the middle filling is carried out; When filling to the medium feeding value, the filling valve is closed, and the slow filling valve is opened to fill the auxiliary materials until the target weight. 3. This machine is equipped with a special plugging device in the filling and blanking pipe to prevent the phenomenon of wire drawing or dripping when filling viscous liquid.
