Product information of automatic bag-type sauce filling machine Process flow of automatic bag-type sauce filling machine:
1. Bag-feeding station: Place prefabricated bags on the bag bin, and the bags can move up and down. When the bags fall, they are picked up by suction cups. When they rise, the bags are transferred to the robot gripper of the rotary table by two suction cups of the robot arm.
2. Coding station: the production date and batch number can be printed.
3. Zipper opening station: four suction cups are used to open the bag at the upper and lower parts of the bag.
4. Bag opening station: automatic suction cup vacuum bag opening.
5. Metering and filling station: there is a detection device to detect whether the bag is coming or not, and the bag can't be unloaded without opening it; otherwise, the bag can be unloaded after opening it.
6. Initial heat sealing station: heat sealing of the bag mouth, and the hot air strip can choose reticulate pattern or straight pattern.
7. Secondary heat sealing station:, which makes the seal more flat and smooth.
8. Cooling and shaping station: cooling, shaping and finished product output.
