Product Description
Tinplate refers to a steel plate with a thin layer of metal tin on the surface. Tinplate is a steel plate about 2mm thick rolled from low carbon steel, which is processed by pickling, cold rolling, electrolytic cleaning, annealing, leveling and edge cutting, and then cut into finished tinplate after cleaning, electroplating, soft melting, passivation and oiling. The tin used for tinplate is high-purity tin (SN > 99.8%). The tin layer can also be coated by hot-dip method. The tin layer of the tinplate obtained by this method is thick, the amount of tin is large, and there is no need for purification treatment after tin plating.
