1.Wood chipper machine is to process logs or branches into 30mm.

Raw material and final of wood chipper machine
Raw material could be wood log wood tree branch etc.
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (size is about 3-5mm), if your raw material size is big;
2. Dry the material by the dryer machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 8%- 12%; if your raw material moisture content is higher than 8-12%;
3. Put the dried material into feeding inlet of briquette machine by worker or by screw conveyor;
4. Produce the briquette from the dried material without any additive by the wood briquette machine;
5. Carbonized the briquette and become charcoal briquette.
Dryer:Dry the material by the dryer machine or dried it in the sun, till the moisture is less than 8%- 12%; if your raw material moisture content is higher than 8-12%;
Carbonization stove:If you want to make wood charcoal , you can use our carbonization stove .
3. working principle of wood chipper machine
The wedge adjustment block is filled into the bottom of the blade to adjust its shape.The rear blade is an adjustable pad for adjusting the compensation length of the worn blade. Interconnecting chip gaps on the other side of the blade are evenly distributed outside the disc, generating air to blow out the wood chips. After screening, put the big wood into the wood crusher a second time. The pieces of wood are of the same length.
