Main technical features of WNS gas steam boiler:
1. The overall structure is reasonable and compact, and meets the factory conditions of quick assembly:
This product is composed of three parts when leaving the factory: Boiler host, chimney and pipeline system. The host and chimney have been manufactured in the factory, and the supporting pipeline valves and instruments of the host have been installed at random. After the host and chimney are assembled on site, the gas source, power supply and water pipeline can be connected on site for commissioning, which greatly shortens the installation cycle.
2. Advanced design performance:
The main engine of the boiler is an integral structure, the burner is assembled on the front smoke box cover, and the main body is mainly arranged with heating surface and combustion chamber.

5. The steam boiler is designed with a large diameter furnace liner:
The boiler combustion chamber is composed of a large diameter furnace liner and a wet back combustion chamber, with large combustion space, complete fuel combustion, effective absorption of thermal expansion, and large radiant heating surface.
6. Sufficient heat:
WNS steam boiler has sufficient heating area, can fully absorb effective heat, low exhaust temperature, small heat loss, sufficient output and high efficiency.

The steam space volume of the steam boiler is large, the net distance between the steam water interface and the steam outlet is high enough, and the steam humidity is small.
8. Sufficient safe precipitation time:
The combustion chamber of the steam boiler is arranged at a low level, and the water level is determined in accordance with the national regulations. At the same time, the water level fluctuation time requirements of the general specification German TRD standard are strictly followed, with sufficient safe precipitation time to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
9. Multifunctional safety explosion-proof device:
The tail of the furnace body is equipped with an explosion-proof device connected with the furnace, which can automatically reset the high energy generated in the moment when the discharged fuel is severely deflagration in the furnace. At the same time, it has the function of fire observation and maintenance channel, which is conducive to the adjustment of combustion flame during operation, and the access of furnace inspection and maintenance is convenient.
10. Convenient maintenance in the pot:
The top of the boiler is provided with an access hole, and the lower part is provided with a hand hole, which is convenient for the inspection and cleaning of the devices in the boiler and the bottom of the boiler.
11. Reliable pressure and water level protection:
The boiler pressure and water level are set with multiple control protection and over flue gas temperature protection to ensure the safety of boiler operation.
