HENGYI Refrigerator compressor rotor recovery machine
Refrigerator compressor rotor recovery machine using physical methods harmless disposal of resource recovery equipment, manual pre-sorting of waste motor stator line package materials transported by the conveyor to primary crushing, secondary crushing; then by the magnetic roller sorter sorting out the silicon steel and copper mixture; then copper mixture is transported by conveyor to the air flow sorter for sorting to obtain high purity copper particles and a small amount of debris. Therefore considerable economic benefits. Dust caused due to the work of crushing and sorting system throughout the negative pressure adsorption, and configure the pulse dust removal device, effectively control dust overflow affect the environment, to avoid secondary environmental pollution.

Production Flow:
Refrigerator compressor rotor recovery machine workflow is as follows:
1.The artificially pre-sorted waste rotor, motor stator, wire package and other materials are conveyed to the primary crushing and secondary crushing through the conveyor.
2.Separate the steel sheet and copper mixture by a strong magnetic roller sorter
3.Then, the conveyor is sent to a specific gravity soring machine for sorting to obtain copper particles with high purity and a small amount of impurities.

(1)Primary Crusher The shredder adopts a double-shaft design, which has the advantages of low noise, large torque and large crushing chamber. |

(2)Secondary Crusher The grinder adopts a tearing design and adopts a high-hardness spindle to make the crusher load more impacting; the micro-cutter and the cylindrical cutter bar constitute a crushing mechanism; the cutter greatly reduces the input cost of the wearing part. |

(3)Magnetic separation The magnetic separation equipment adopts a strong magnetic double drum sorting machine, it can separate iron from other materials, which makes the sorting rate as high as 95% or more.

(4)Specific gravity soring machine The airflow sorter makes the product cleaner and clearer. The materials of similar size and different specific gravity have different weights.Through the joint action of the blower and the induced draft fan and the sieve bed which reciprocates at the bottom.The heavier and lighter materials are respectively selected from the discharge ports at the front and rear ends,Thereby achieving the purpose of sorting.Widely used in copper & plastic,aluminum & plastic,copper &aluminum and other materials with large differences in specific gravity. |

(5)Pulse dust removal system The dust removal rate of the pulse dust removal system is 99.9%, which effectively suppresses the volatilization of dust, fully meets the national environmental protection requirements, and has no secondary pollution. |
