Workflow of press machine for cement tile:

1. Put all the raw materials into bucket elevator ;

2. Start mixing the raw materials by wheel grinding mixer ;

3. Pour the mixed raw materials into dosing feeder ; 

4. The meatured raw materials come down on the tile mold below ;

5. The host molding machine starts to press and the final tile can be produced ;

6. The worker take out the final tiles and put in the frame.

7. After 5-7 days, the ceramic can be polished by polisher
