Brief introduction of Date pitting machine:
Our jujube core remover is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to wear and oxidation, and has a longer service life. The stainless steel solid punching needle is adopted. The specifications of the punching needle are different according to different specifications of jujube, which greatly reduces the redundant waste of pulp and reduces the loss rate to the minimum.
The automatic jujube core remover also has a unique function, that is, automatic water spraying function, which can freely set water spraying time without manual water spraying, thus saving labor and reducing costs.
The motor of the full-automatic jujube core remover adopts frequency conversion speed regulating motor, which can be operated at will according to the actual processing requirements. It can process 1.6-2.6cm jujube seeds. It does not need to change the machine, but can replace the date loading turntable of the equipment.

Advantages of date pitting machine :
(1) The full-automatic jujube core remover adopts a device with high degree of automation, automatic feeding and feeding of mold conveyor belt to transport and punch the core. The punching principle adopts the process of machine tool to punch and core, so that each equipment can meet the design standard, with high precision and anti jujube mold, which can ensure the jujube to stand up in the conveying process to remove the core, and the fruit shape unchanged.
(5) Improve the water spray device to ensure that sugar will not stick to the needle during processing.
