Jujube sorting machine belongs to a kind of fruit grading and screening machine. It has a frame. The multi-row runners installed on the upper part of the frame are connected with the multi-row active runners installed on the lower part of the frame through the conveyor belt. The active runners are connected together.
The shaft of the motor is connected with the shaft of the motor through the deceleration mechanism. The gap between the runners on the upper part of the frame is wide in front and narrow in the back. The front end of the frame is equipped with a jujube sloping plate, and the rear end has a jujube feeding swash plate.
There is a lateral jujube sloping plate under each runner of the jujube. This jujube selection machine realizes the mechanization of jujube selection
Jujube slicer

The feeder is a driving wheel group, a driven wheel group and a conveyor belt, and the conveyor belt is composed of at least one set of jujube belts , The jujube belt is formed by connecting a series of "C"-shaped modules for clamping red dates in turn.
The slicer is fixed above the driving wheel group through the first telescopic rod.
The slicer is composed of a slicing fixing plate and a cutter. A mechanical telescopic swing arm for pushing out the jujube slices in the "C" type module is arranged at the head of the frame;
a barrel is arranged above the rear of the frame, and a dialing wheel is arranged at the discharge port of the barrel ,
A receiving cylinder is arranged under the head of the frame.
The utility model can improve the slicing efficiency of red dates, so that the red dates will not slip off during the transmission process, and the slicing will not stick.
