1. Almond Hazelnut Grading Machine
This machine mainly for granular material, like almonds, peanut,hazelnut and so on.
The material is classified first, and then the shell is broken by a shell breaker. Can increase the shelling rate.
2. Almond Hazelnut Shelling Machine
Single-stage almond sheller breaker is a simple shelling equipment, easy to learn, the gap is adjustable. After one time break process, customers can take second time for breaking the almond which are not broken well during the first time, after adjusting the gap.
3. Elevator
This machine can be connected to the shell breaker and the separator. One worker can be reduced and production efficiency can be greatly improved.

5. Brush washing cleaning machine
This machine can clean almonds after their shells are broken. The brush can brush away impurities, and the water stream can be rinsed away.
The brush uses a soft brush, which does not harm the material. The size of the water flow can also be controlled.
6. Air drying machine
This type of air dryer is used for draining and air-drying cleaned almond and hazelnut. The bottom has a vibration draining function and collects dirty water for unified treatment. Fans can be increased or decreased according to customer needs. And you can add mesh belts to prevent nuts from being blown out by strong winds.
