Working principle of this Ginger Grape Gas Food Drying Dehydrator Machine
It adopts noise elimination and thermal stable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is fully enclosed to make the drying efficiency of the tray dryer increase from 3-7% of the traditional tray dryer to 35-45%, the highest heat efficiency can be up to 50%.

This Ginger Grape Gas Food Drying Dehydrator Machine has two types
- Made of carbon steel outside and stainless steel inside
- Made of stainless steel both outside and inside.
The picture above is made of stainless steel, with protective film outside.
- The mobile trolleys and trays are all made of stainless steel.
- There are holes on the trays to increase the hot air contact area, thus improving the drying efficiency.
- There are temperature controller for customer to set drying temperature. All the instructions are marked clearly on the controller.
Drying time of this Ginger Grape Gas Food Drying Dehydrator Machine
- It will vary by different materials, moisture content, sugar content, local climate, etc.
- Fruits can be dried whole, or as slices, such as mango, papaya, kiwi, etc. Alternatively they can be chopped after drying, made into pastes, or concentrated juices.

| Operation temperature: The steam heating temperature is from50℃ -150℃. Electricity heating temperature is from 50℃-350℃. Customer should steam boiler or furnace if choose steam heating or gas heating. |
