Three-grade combined type shelling machine including :first-stage shelling, second-stage shelling, third-stage shelling, This sheller machine can be used for cracking various kinds of nuts, such as almond, hazelnut, etc. The machine has the feed hopper, the stripe roller, the shed bar, the fan, the gravity separator, the fan and so on,which can be equipped with single-fan motor or double-fan motor.Customers can adjust the gap to get a better breaking performance.

The hazelnut separator separates the nut shell and the kernel after peeling, and the machine blows the shell and the
kernel with different masses to different discharge ports by the rotation speed of the fan, thereby achieving the
separation effect of the shell and the kernel.Its capacity is higher than single-fan motor separator.
This machine is mainly used to divide apricot kernels, hazelnuts, almonds, different nuts and beans into three grades, which are convenient for storage and sales. It consists of three size of vibrating screens, which ensures that the nuts
can be screened and classified at the same time.The size of the movable sieve is range from 6 to10 mm. The sieves
can be replaced by other needed size.
This machine has a reasonable breakage rate and is the most ideal nuclear processing equipment.

1)Conveyor:The raw materials enter the screening machine through the hoist (single screen or drum screen selection).
The size is divided into three or more levels, and the three shellers are respectively taken out through the hopper.
2)Shelling The shelling gap of the shelling machine is adjusted according to the size of the raw materials, and the
cleaned nuts are completed. The shells and kernels of the shells are separated into two shell kernel separators.
(Large fruit and small fruit can be combined to one separator)
3)Shell separation separate the shell and the kernel, one nut is out of the mouth and the other is out of the shell.
There are summary strips that are integrated into the stock sifter.
4)Screening The machine consists of two-fifth vibrating screens, one screening and grading at the same time, and the movable sieve screens are 6--10 mm. According to different varieties, the sieves are divided into qualified size classes.
The storage screening machine screens out the impurities in the shell and quantitatively feeds into the soaking machine.
5)Soaking machine soaking machine automatic constant temperature system soaking nuts, automatic feeding and discharging.
6)Wet peeling The wet peeling machine removes the soaked nut skin.
7)Air-dried belt After peeling, the nuts are manually picked and removed from the nuts and sent to the hoist.
8)Cooling and packing The nuts are cooled and cooled by the hoist into the drying and cooling machine.
The finished products of the nuts are normal temperature and the materials are directly packaged
