The function of boiler economizer is to save energy. The principle of boiler economizer is to reduce the exhaust gas temperature (the exhaust gas temperature meets the national requirements); The heat replaced by the boiler economizer returns to the boiler, which is equivalent to increasing the feed water temperature of the boiler. When the boiler output is certain, the energy consumption is reduced.

When used as the economizer of flue gas and water heat exchange boiler, the purpose of the boiler economizer is to recover the waste heat of flue gas. Boiler economizers are classified according to specific uses and exchange media. They are mainly divided into boiler economizers for flue gas liquid waste heat recovery and boiler economizers for flue gas air heat exchange. The materials used are generally all stainless steel 304 frame plus stainless steel spiral finned tubes. It has: fast heat transfer, energy saving, beautiful, durable and other characteristics.

Sub cylinder is also called sub drum. It is an indispensable auxiliary equipment of steam boiler. It is mainly used for steam channel separation and dredging. It is widely used in power generation, petrochemical, steel, cement, construction and other industries.

Performance structure of sub cylinder: the sub cylinder is the main supporting equipment of the boiler, which is used to distribute the steam generated by the boiler during operation to all pipelines. The sub cylinder is a pressure equipment and belongs to a pressure vessel. The main function of the sub cylinder is to distribute steam, so there are multiple valve seats on the sub cylinder to connect the main steam valve and steam distribution valve of the boiler, so as to distribute the steam in the sub cylinder to each required place. The main pressure components of the sub cylinder are: steam distribution valve seat, main steam valve seat, drain valve seat, pressure gauge seat and thermometer seat; The head, shell and flange materials are q235-a/b, 20g and 16MnR, with specifications and models of ф 159- ф 1500, working pressure is 1-2.5mpa, working temperature: 0 ~ 400 ℃, working medium: steam, hot and cold water, compressed air.

technical requirement

1. The manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of the sub cylinder shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of jb/t1619-2002 technical conditions for the manufacture of shell boiler bodies.

2. The welding of the sub cylinder shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of jb/t1613-1993 technical conditions for welding of boiler pressure components.

3. 100% radiographic inspection shall be carried out on the circumferential welds of the cylinder in accordance with gb3323-1987 "radiographic and quality classification of fusion welded butt joints of steel". The quality of radiography shall not be lower than grade ab. The quality of butt joint shall not be lower than grade II.

4. The connection weld between the cylinder body and the cylinder head shall be fully welded by argon arc welding.

5. After the manufacturing of the sub cylinder parts is completed, the hydraulic test shall be carried out separately according to the provisions of jb/t1612-1994 technical conditions for hydraulic test of boiler, and it shall be maintained at this pressure for 20 minutes.
