Autoclave, also known as autoclave and autoclave, is a large pressure vessel with large volume and heavy weight. Autoclave is widely used for autoclave curing of aerated concrete block, concrete pipe pile, lime sand brick, coal ash brick, microporous calcium silicate board, new light wall materials, thermal insulation asbestos board, high-strength gypsum and other building materials, and completes the hydrothermal reaction of cao-si02-h2o in the autoclave. At the same time, it is also widely used in rubber products, wood drying and anti-corrosion treatment, heavy metal smelting, fire-resistant brick oil infiltration and coal infiltration, production projects that meet the production process of glass steaming, chemical fiber products high-pressure treatment, high-temperature and high-pressure treatment of food cans, pulp steaming, cable vulcanization, fishing net finalization, chemical, pharmaceutical, aerospace industry, thermal insulation materials, textile industry, military industry and other production projects that need pressure steaming and curing.
Autoclave container category: class I or class II
Materials of main pressure components: 16MnR steel plate is used for the simplified kettle cover, and the steel plate meets the provisions of gb6654 standard.
The kettle body flange and kettle cover flange are forged with 16Mn as a whole, and the forgings comply with jb4726 2000 standard
The ultrasonic nondestructive testing shall be carried out one by one, and its indicators shall comply with the corresponding provisions of jb/t4730.3-2005.
Door opening mode: through type or end to end type. The through type refers to the installation of kettle covers at both ends, and the end type refers to the installation of kettle covers at one end.
Opening mode of kettle cover: toothed quick opening structure, and the driving mode is divided into pneumatic, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic transmission. And it is equipped with the opening and closing interlock device of the kettle door.
The main part of autoclave is mainly composed of autoclave body device, autoclave cover device, swing device, manual reducer, protection device, support, insulation layer, sealing device, pipeline valve instrument, etc. Auxiliary parts include drainage device and electric cabinet.
1. Kettle body device: it is mainly welded by the barrel and kettle body flange. A track is laid at the bottom of the kettle, which can walk or park the steam curing trolley. Various pipe sockets and connecting pipes are arranged on the kettle body for steam inlet and exhaust, condensate discharge and installation of various valves and instruments.
2. Kettle cover device: it is mainly welded by kettle cover flange, umbrella tooth plate and spherical crown head; The flange teeth of the kettle cover coincide with the flange teeth of the kettle body to close the autoclave.
3. Swinging device:
(1) Side door opening: it is composed of main shaft, cantilever beam, support plate, pull plate, pull rod, etc. It is installed on the top of the kettle end and connected with the kettle cover lifting handle through the pull rod, which plays the role of suspending and rotating the kettle cover device.
(2) Upper door opening: it is composed of counterweight box, swing arm, support plate, etc. to make the kettle cover swing up and down.
4. Manual reducer: it is fixed on the side of the kettle body flange, and drives the kettle cover to rotate around the central axis through the gear bared tooth plate, so that the teeth of the kettle body and the kettle cover flange can bared or disengaged.
5. Manual device: the manual interlock device is fixed on the side of the kettle flange and is composed of handle, sleeve, extension rod and ball valve.
6. Support: it is used to support the kettle body and is composed of middle support, movable support and end support. Except that the middle support is fixed, other supports move axially during thermal expansion and contraction with the help of rollers.
7. Insulation layer: reduce the heat loss during the use of autoclave (the thickness is determined by the user according to the nature of the insulation material, and the insulation of the autoclave body is at the user's own expense).
8. Sealing device: it is composed of rubber sealing ring, stop valve and steam inlet elbow. The rubber sealing ring is embedded in the flange sealing groove of the kettle body. During operation, the sealing steam enters the sealing groove, and the sealing ring is close to the end face of the kettle cover to achieve the sealing effect.
9. Valve instruments: including pressure gauges, valves, thermometers, thermocouples, ball valves, etc., used to observe the operation of autoclaves.
10. Drainage device: it is composed of drainage pipe connector, steam trap, blowdown valve, etc. The condensed water is discharged through the steam trap after settling in the connector, so as to prevent solids from blocking the steam trap; The blowdown valve can discharge condensate and sludge regularly or irregularly.
11. Electrical interlock device: it consists of control cabinet, pressure controller (or electric contact pressure gauge), kettle door locking device and pressure alarm device, which meet the requirements of article 3.20 of TSG r0004 "Technical Supervision Regulations for fixed pressure vessels" and ensure the safe use of autoclave.
