Metal Conjugate Ring Description
Metal Conjugate Ring is widely used in desulphurization and decarburization system in compound ammonia plant, decompressed plant and so on.
Description:
Metal ladder ring is a new type of hole-type packing , developed by British Mass Transfer Company, which draws the benefits of rasching ring and its height-diameter ratio is 1:2.By increasing cone flanging , it can reduce the resistance of gas and increase the indensity of packing and gas-liquid contact area, as well as help spread the liquid and the update the membrane surface constantly, so that mass transfer and separation efficiency has been enhanced greatly.
Feature:
The flux of General Ladder ring can be increased by 10-20% than that of pall ring , with pressure drop reduced by 30-40%, and separation efficiency in varying degrees depending on the specific process improvement. Depending on the circumstances, ladder ring may be able to replace raschig ring, pall ring, bubble-cap plates, valve plates and sieve to achieve efficiency, high-yielding as well as energy saving.
Metal ladder ring can have a variety of materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 304 L, 410, 316, 316 L, etc. to
choose from.
Application:
ammonia decarbonization, desulfurization systems, atmospheric and vacuum distillation of crude oil separation unit, a variety of separation, such as methanol, separation, separation of organic acids uptake and desulfurization towers, etc.
