I Structure introduction
The steam generator is a single drum electric heating steam generator. A heating pipe is arranged in the drum. After improvement, it is externally connected to the water level electrode control. After the external insulation material is used, it is covered with a steel plate painted shell. The appearance is clean and beautiful. Users can use it after they buy it back and connect the power supply and water source. The steam generator is equipped with reliable interlocking control devices such as water level control and pressure control. The heating tube is set at the lower part of the furnace body, and the steam generator can fully absorb electric energy. The steam generator is environment-friendly and energy-saving, with compact and reasonable structure. According to the definition of inapplicable boiler in article 1.3 (1) of TSG g0001-2012 boiler safety technology supervision regulations, the steam generator designed with normal water level and water volume less than 30L does not belong to the mandatory supervision and inspection of product safety performance specified in the boiler pressure vessel manufacturing supervision and management measures, so local supervision and inspection can be exempted.
II Performance characteristics.
This type of steam generator has the following advantages:

3、 High pressure vortex pump is adopted, which has short water supply time and is durable.
4、 The heating time is short, and steam can be produced continuously.

6. After the quick assembly leaves the factory and arrives at the use site, it only needs to install accessories such as pipelines, instruments, valves, etc., and then it can operate.
6、 It is easy to install and move, as long as the customer provides a reasonable steam generator location.
7、 It can supply steam to boil water and can also be used for heating.
III Application fields:
Clothing washing and ironing industry: dry cleaners, dryers, washing machines, dehydrators, ironing machines, irons, and other equipment are used together;
Packaging machinery industry: supporting use of labeling machine and labeling machine biochemical industry: supporting use of fermentation tank, reaction kettle, sandwich pot, mixer, emulsifying machine and other equipment;
Food machinery industry: supporting use of tofu machine, steamer, sterilizer, packaging machine, coating equipment, sealing machine, etc
