AMTK® LH-1209 is an automatic liquid handler used for nucleic acid extraction and purification based on magnetic bead. It has features of high throughput, high accuracy, high integration, low cost and high compatibility. The system is mainly composed of 96-channel pipetting head, magnetic bead separator, cooler & heater, shaker and control software. It can be widely used in third-party medical laboratories, blood stations, hospitals, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) , research institutes and other fields.

Deck layout
There are 25 standard bases, which can set moveable functional module , such as Temp Conditioner, Shaker and Magnetic Bead Separator. The positions of functional modules can be changed. The worktable is open and compatible with kits of different brands or processes, which can satisfy the nucleic acid extraction or library purification of 192 samples at one time.
96 -Channel Pipetting Head
It can process 96 samples in parallel. With air-displacement technology , 96-channel head enables efficient plate processing and high pipetting accuracy. Pipetting barrel uses high hardness and lightweight alloy materials with wear-resistant coating, so it has long lifespan. Meanwhile, the barrel is convenient and easy to change on site.
Shaker
Integrated Inheco wear-free magnetic oscillation system with a vibration speed range of 100-2000rpm, which can be used for liquid blending in 96-well plate. Compared with pipette mixing, it can reduce the loss of reagents in the tips.
Temp Conditioner
The temperature range is 4-75 °C. It can be used for cell lysis of nucleic acid extraction, magnetic bead elution and other processes at the high temperature, and also for the temporary storage of various enzyme reagents at low temperature. Combined with aluminum heating adapter, it not only speeds up heating and cooling, but also reduces the temperature deviation between the wells.
Multi-functional mechanical arm
XYZ axis 3D structure, with multi-functional mechanical arm, positioning accuracy up to 0.1mm, which can meet the precise positioning of the pipette heads in the 96-well plate and the 384-well plate, and accurately grasp/move/drop the plate each time.
Magnetic Bead Separator
There are two kinds of magnetic bead separator, 96- ring and 24-column. ATMK has rich experience in discarding the supernatant after capture magnetic beads and elution the beads in large or small volume liquid. Choosing suitable magnetic separator leads to good experimental results.
Graphical operation interface
Visual interface, display table layout when the program is running; sequential programming, simple operation. The software is open and flexible, suitable for various applications, and can customize program parameters according to the special needs of customers.
Emergency button
Timely respond to emergencies in the process of equipment operation to protect the safety of operators and samples; You just press the button and the machine stops at any time.
Tips Bases
The ingenious structural design with built-in elastic device effectively protects the pipetting head, and at the same time makes the Barrel and Tips more closely integrated.
