No MOQ required, sample order is welcomed.
Q3. Can we have our LOGO on the lamp body and gift box ?
Yes, pls consult with our sales for the OEM Process.
Q4. If sample is free ?
It depens on value of lights, if it is really low, only with freight collect.
Q5. What is your warranty ?
All hengstar led bulb products are with 2 - 5 year warranty based on the models you are choosing.
Q6. How to deal with the faulty bulbs ?
All products are assured with 0.1% defective rate, if any defective items, needs your submiting of photos or videos, then we will send the free replacements with your next order.
Q7. If you attend any lighting exibition ?
Yes, our company will be the Canton fair, Hong Kong internation lighting fair. You could check our quality and with a face to face communication there.
