Fiberglass Composite Utility Poles Power / Electric /5G /Transmission Tower
Based on our composite pole filament winding equipment, we committee to the production and technology research and development of composite utility poles from 2022.
The composite pole is making with high-performance resin as the matrix material, controlled by electronic computer control system and simulation and calculation of fiber layer design.
Product advantages:
1. light weight
1) The weight of the composite pole is 1/5 to 1/10 of that of the traditional cement pole.
Cement poles are heavy and difficult to transport and carry, especially in mountainous areas where large equipment cannot enter and cannot be installed. Composite poles are light in weight, convenient for long-distance transportation and on-site turnover, and can be manually carried up the mountain to reduce the difficulty of transportation.
2) Composite poles are easy to erect, and the total weight of a 12m pole is about 185kg. It can be directly installed by pulling ropes; the use of pole erection tooling can enable 2-3 people to erect the entire pole.
2. high strength
1) The bending failure test value is about 6 times that of ordinary cement poles. After the bending load is unloaded, the composite pole can return to its initial state.
2) Typhoon-resistant, suitable for coastal areas with frequent typhoons, to solve the problem of pole collapse and pole breakage in typhoon weather.
3) The pole spacing can be extended, suitable for areas with large span requirements.
3. excellent performance
1) Long life: The composite pole life can reach more than 50 years, and the theoretical maximum life can reach 80 years.
2) Low temperature resistance: The lowest temperature resistance is -70ºC, suitable for severe cold areas.It has good corrosion resistance to corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents!
