Operation process: Turn on the power switch, and adjust the temperature, time, and air pressure to the required requirements; when the temperature reaches, please try to iron the desired product first, turn the switch to the "manual" position, and confirm that the quality of the trial ironing product is approved before switching to "Auto" position mass production; when the switch is in the "manual" position, manually press the "manual start" heating plate to press down until the time is up, and it will automatically rise. "Emergency stop" to stop ironing, when the switch is in the "automatic" position, just push the heating plate into place and the heating plate will automatically press down. Matters needing attention: The whole machine must be protected by a suitable and reliable ground wire.
Maintenance matters: Air pressure: If the pressure is not enough or too high, adjust the pressure regulating valve on the gas cylinder, increase the pressure in the (+) direction, and reduce the pressure in the (-) direction (please pay attention to whether there is lubricating oil in the gas cylinder); Temperature : When the device reaches the set temperature, the heating plate does not heat up or the heat is uneven, please check the wiring of the thermostat and confirm whether the thermocouple is damaged; Time: When the switch is set to "Manual", press "Manual Start" When pressing down, check the "manual" switch. When the switch is set to "automatic", the platen will not be pressed down when it is in place. Check whether the contact point of the micro switch in the box is in place.
