Q: Does your machine can used for Three side sealing, Four side sealing and back side sealing?
A: Yes, the machine can used for all above sealing style, but before you order the machine, you have to choose one option only.Because one machine can only use for one type sealing.
Q: Can the same machine do both Powder and Liquid Filling?
A: By changing feeding device, our machine can achieve different product filling and packing.
Q: My material is very thick, almost like thick honey, What filling pump you are going to use for our product?
A: For Sticky Material we normally adopts Rotor Pump or Servo Control Stainless Steel pump, it is depend on your filling volume and production capacity.
Q: We have Vertical Forming and Filling Machine before from another Chinese supplier, but the machine always run out of print registration. How you solve this problem on your machine?
A: We do three main improvement on our machine to other Chinese supplier. First we use Imported Rubber roller for holding material. Second we use Delta Servo Motor for material pulling. Thirdly we adopts Germany SICK Color Point Sensor.
Q: As we are producing paste material, while filling we must need to heat the paste, what is the solution?
A: Our factory is located in Ruian city Zhejiang Province.
