The machine is a double-pressing automatically revolving piece-pressing machine which could make grain be pressed to be round piece ,be carved characters ,special shapes and double color piece prescription .It is mainly used in manufacturing piece prescription for pharmaceutical industry enterprises like chemical industry ,foods, Dish Washing Tablet .(Note: when manufacturing double color piece ,it only need replacing components and adding powder absorbing apparatus which greatly lowers the cost and raises profit .)
Feature:
1. The outer cover is made of all stainless steel, and the inner table is made of stainless steel, which can maintain the surface gloss and prevent cross-contamination. It meets the requirements of GMP.
2. It is equipped with a plexiglass perspective window, which can see the state of the tablet, and the side panel can be fully opened, which is easy to clean and maintain inside.
3. All controllers and operating parts are arranged reasonably.
4. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation device for electrical speed regulation,convenient operation, stable rotation, safe and accurate.
5. With automatic protection function (overpressure, overload, emergency stop device).
6. Implement mechanical and electrical integration, using touch keys and screen display.
7. Use automatic lubricating device and plexiglass dustproof device on the top of the turntable.
8. Equipped with powder suction device, which can suck the dust in the pressing room.
9. The ZPT mold can be fitted with oil rings and sealing rings to ensure the hygienic requirements of tablets to a greater extent.
