SERVICE AFTER SELL:
We will furnish test certificates for raw material like for SUS304&SS316L . Also we will submit test certificates for all bought out items like motor and gear box.
IQ, OQ documentation will be given as per standard format suggested by your company.
Two copies of Operational manual with English will be given at the time of dispatch of machine.
FAT&SAT(by client) will be executed
All our machines guaranteed for trouble free performance for a period of 12 months from commissioning.
Installation and service after sell for free for one year, the air ticket from china to Client’s and Client’s to china will for the buyer’s account.
And the buyer should supply our engineer’s room and food!
Q: What price terms you offer?
A: We can offer FOB, FCA, CFR, CIF, EXW and other price terms based on your request.
Q: What payment terms you take?
A: TT, LC, other terms are also workable.
Q: Will you help with installation and stuff training?
A: Yes, we can send our engineers to your place to guide the installation and train your workers if you need, but the buyer should bear our technician's round tickets, accomodation, food and subsidiary USD100/day.
Q: How can I visit your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Ruian city Zhejiang Province. Just let us know your scheduel in advance and we will arrange everything for you!
