Main Features

4. Small environmental pollution: do not use air with dust material. Material solvent evaporation is very small, easy to handle. For the pollution of the material or the need to recover the solvent conditions, can be used the closed circuit.
5. Low operating costs: normal operation of the device, only 1 hour/day. Low-speed mixing and reasonable structure. Wear rate is very low, and maintenance costs are also very low.
6. Stable operating continuously: Because of the special compression and inflation of the agitation function of paddle dryer, the material grains touch the heat-transfer area thoroughly. Within the axis direction, the temperature, moisture, mixture, and grades of the materials is very small so as to guarantee the stability of the whole process.
