Changzhou Jiacheng Drying Equipment Co., Ltd is founded in 2015, it is a professional manufacturer engaged in the research, development, production, sales and service of drying equipment, providing a variety of drying machine. The company is located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province with convenient transportation.
Our new factory is located in Zhenglu Industrial Park, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. It's only 3 kilometers from downtown and it tightly close to east-ring elevated road of Changzhou and Hengshanqiao Exit of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway.
Our company owns a 8000m2 composite comprehensive office building, for the 2 large-scale modern machinery heavy-duty manufacturing workshop which covers an area of 5000 square meters are equipped with sheet metal cold processing equipment, 30 sets of welding machine and other special processing machines. Product Description
1. Description of Belt dryer for vegetable & fruit：
The raw materials to be treated should distribute on the conveyer belt through suitable mechanism such as star distributor, swing belt, crusher or granulator, the conveyer passes through the channel including of one or several heating unit. Each heating unit is equipped with air heater and circle system. Each channel has one or several damp discharge systems. When the conveyer passes through it, hot air will pass through the raw material from up to low or from low to up. In this way raw materials can be dried

The belt dryer is ordinary continuous drying equipment. It is widely used for chemical industry, foodstuff industry,

1. Air quantity, heating temperature, materials staying time and feeding speed can be adjusted to achieve the best drying effect.
2. The equipment configuration is flexible, mesh belt washing system and materials cooling system can be used.
