Feature:
(1) The machine is a continuous operation, adopts automatic box opening (suction), manual folding (1-4 folds), blanking, feeding, batch numbering, box sealing, waste detection and other processes (hot melt glue device can also be installed ), stable operation and easy operation;
(2) Adopt servo stepper, PLC and man-machine interface to automatically control the operating system, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, high degree of automation
(3) It has an overload protection system for the whole machine, an overload protection system for the paper folding mechanism, and an overload protection system for the pusher. It will automatically stop when there is overload such as jamming, and display fault information on the touch screen, which is convenient for maintenance and handling of faults, reduces damage to equipment, and ensures machine safety;
(4) The packaging procedure adopts the principle of packaging material priority. When there is no packaging material, manuals, cartons, and packaging materials are not drawn, so as to ensure the qualified product rate and reduce the waste of packaging materials;
(5) The packaging types are diversified, suitable for packaging medicine boards, medicine bottles, pillow bags, hoses, soft double aluminum plates, granular pouches, plastic trays, cosmetics, food and some electronic products and other industries;
(6) It will automatically shut down without manual for three consecutive times, and it will automatically shut down and give an alarm if there is no paper box;
(7) Various devices such as automatic feeder and conveying mechanism can be designed according to customer requirements;
(8) When the packaging is changed within a certain range of specifications, there is no need to change the mold again, just simple adjustments;
(9) It can be combined with other supporting equipment to realize the docking linkage packaging production line.
