Overview:
RL Series Rotary Belt Condensation Granulator the characteristics of material melting point lower than 250 C. According to the viscosity range of material melting state, the melting liquid is uniformly moved on the steel strip under it through a special distribution device. Under the cooling effect of continuous spraying device under the steel strip, the material is cooled, solidified and packed during transportation and transportation, so as to achieve granulation forming. Performance characteristics:
This product is a new type (melting) granulator. The melt is solidified rapidly by heat transfer of thin steel strip and atomization spray cooling, and the shell is rotated by a single machine. Therefore, it has the advantages of convenient maintenance, little wear and tear, and high productivity. Fast handling and replacement of products. In addition, the drop forming machine and the steel strip run synchronously, which can produce uniform ingots at high speed, improve productivity and increase production profits. Structure (1):
According to the different melting point (freezing point), material temperature and viscosity and cooling effect of the processed products, the conveying speed and head speed are selected to avoid affecting the production capacity and granular quality.

The machine changes from liquid to solid granular, mainly through the granulation die granulation, continuous use of rotary steel strip, through spray water cooling finalization.

Structure (2):
The machine is mainly composed of blanking die granulation forming head, cooling conveying stainless steel belt and pulley, spray cooling system, transmission system, heat preservation device, frame, scraper and so on. The blanking die granulator head is mainly composed of die sleeve and mandrel. Spray cooling system is mainly composed of sprinkler head, water tank and so on. The transmission system is mainly composed of the speed regulating motor of the reducer.

Material adaptation:
This product is suitable for all kinds of materials with melting point (or softening point) required for granulation at 50 300 and materials with "supercooled crystallization" characteristics.

Technical requirements:
Material must be filtered solid impurities must not enter the head of the granulator, otherwise it will cause wear or blockage of the head, affecting the quality of granulation.
Temperature control should be based on melting point temperature, and temperature change should not exceed 3 C. The cooling system should be filtered. The temperature of cooling water is generally between 5 ~25 C (low water temperature, fast shaping, good granularity and high output).
