Hammer crusher is mainly rotor high-speed rotation, hammer head in the centrifugal force under the action of crushing materials. The rotating shaft is supported by bearings at both ends, and the bearing seat is respectively installed on both sides of the box body and fixed with bolts. The grate is arranged on the grate frame with the rotor shaft as the center, and the grate frame is fixed on the box by bolts. The lower part of the box body is provided with a through shaft with two eccentric wheels.
By turning the handles on both sides of the machine and making the eccentric wheel turn an Angle, the grate rack can be lifted or lowered, so as to adjust the gap between the hammer and the grate, and the required product granularity can be obtained.
