Process
Cryo Ethanol Module
Pre-chill ethanol to be as low as -40C to reduce post extraction steps; The module is equipped with unjacketed storage tank and jacketed tank with -80C chiller and transfer pump.
Centrifuge Extraction Module
In ethanol extraction, the centrifuge is applied to soak/wash/dry biomass; The module is equipped with different capacity centrifuge, -80C chiller, buffer tank and transfer pump. Our capacity ranges from 18Ibs/hour to 520Ibs/hour.
Filtration Module
Particulate filtration is applied to remove suspended particulates; The module is equipped with bag filter , lenticular filter and multi stage filtration system with transfer pump, mounted in one frame with wheels. Up to 3tons/hour flow rate.
Solvent Recovery Module
In ethanol recovery, the falling film evaporator is applied to remove ethanol from the plant crude oil; The module is equipped with falling film evaporator with chiller, heater, vacuum pump and collection tanks. Our falling film evaporator processing capacity ranges from 100L/hour to 1000L/hour. Rotovap can be a alternative option if the capacity of ethanol recovery required is smaller relatively.
Fine evaporation & Decarb Module
In fine evaporation/decarboxylation, customized jacketed glass reactor which is designed with large cooling coil condenser is applied. We can remove the residual ethanol firstly, then remove the carboxyl group(CBDa, THCa, etc.) to get activate target compounds.
Distillation Module
In distillation, wiped film molecular distillation unit is applied to get high purity target compounds from crude oil. We provide different kinds of wiped film distillation units, including fully glassware unit ,fully stainless steel unit and hybrid unit. Capacity ranges from 1L/hour to 50L/hour crude oil. Short path distillation unit can be an alternative if the capacity required is smaller relatively.
Crystallization Module
In crystallization, jacketed filter reactor is applied to dissolve and crystallize the CBD. A heating/cooling circulator is connected to the vessel jacket, which controls the temperature of the vessel. More clear the oil is, more CBD powder yields. We provide both fully glass and stainless steel reactor.
Mother Liquor Collection Module
In distillation, wiped film molecular distillation unit is applied to get high purity target compounds from crude oil. We provide different kinds of wiped film distillation units, including fully glassware unit ,fully stainless steel unit and hybrid unit. Capacity ranges from 1L/hour to 50L/hour crude oil. THC Remediation Module
In chromatography, flash chromatography is used to remove THC and collect different cannabinoids.
