DGS-350 LIQUID BFS AUTO-FORM FILLING MACHINE is applicable for liquid, sticky, semi-sticky and so on. This machine can be used for pharmaceuticals, food, health care products and cosmetic. It also can be used in industry and agriculture in similarity products. It was called BFS machine international, the machine can finish forming, filling, sealing once time.(such as the goods of jelly, chocolate, pudding, hard jam, cheese, butter, beverage perfume and so on)
This machine is the multifunctional of integrating machinery, electric, gas and water. The main process of the machine is spreading materials, clamping pvc, sealing, pre-forming, forming, cutting, guiding, crosswise manipulation convey, calculate filling, longitudinal manipulation convey, heating, pre-sealing of the end sealing, end sealing, printing batch number, end cutting, divide cutting, turn over, small conveyer, big conveyer processing. The system of making bottles, calculating, filling, sealing, come out the finished product all in the same machine. In the traditional pipeline, we must have cleaning, sterilizing, drying, carrying, filling and putting liquid processing. This machine can solve all the problems. It takes small area and few operators, reduce the cost. Especially in the filling system, we adopt wriggle automatic filling system, this make the filling were finished in the pipeline, reduce the pollution, furthermore we only need to wash the pipeline, it is convenient. This system have patent, it have beautiful appearance and easy to operate. And it also have eye mark sealing device, we can make sure ur logo and picture on the plastic perfectly.
Characteristic:
This machine can accomplish 21 process from the raw material to end product. First heating the packing material and push it to the mould, forming the shape in blowing. And now it is the bottle group, and then cutting them as the single board. Transfer the board to the electronic control program, filling system, sealing, end cutting, batch number, transfer the end product, all above process all transferred manipulator.

(8) Peristaltic pump can make the filling from filling box to bottle in the pipeline, which can reduce the contamination. It is easy to clean, we can only clean pipe. Micro switch, high filling accuracy. We have a button to control the tube filling direction as forward or reverse, positive and negative set, which will adjust the speed.
(9) we have photoelectric tracing system,which can keep the logo in the precise position. It means that you can print your logo and other beautiful patent on the material to make your products have a good appearance. Then our photoelectric tracing system just can keep the logo in the perfect position.
