ZP17E High Quality Double Layer Rotary Tablet Press machine but not suitable for three layers tablet
Main Application:
ZP-17E is a double layer automatic rotary continuous tablet press. It compresses granular raw materials into various common and shaped pieces. Mainly used in electronics, food, daily necessities, pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors, the outer casing is fully enclosed, the material is stainless steel, in line with GMP standards. Equipped with a transparent observation window, it can clearly see the working condition of the machine and can be fully opened, which is easy to be clear and maintained inside.
Characteristics:
This machine has the characteristics of large pressure, large range of compression, and can press ordinary and special-shaped, ring-shaped, two-color and other shapes of tablets, especially suitable for multi-variety and small batch production.
Mechatronics, all controllers and adjustments are concentrated on one side of the body for easy operation. Equipped with pressure overload protection to avoid machine damage.
The transmission mechanism with oil-intrusive lubrication is sealed under the body to extend the service life and avoid cross-contamination.
The die can be used with the ZP17 tablet press.
