The powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder are mixed fully at the bottom to turn into a humid soft material.Then it is cru-hed at a high speed and become uniform granules.

Features:
* All machine adopt Horizontal Barrel(cone) structure.
* The inner surface no dead corner,it works at sealed state and conforms to the requirement
* Short granulating time, high efficiency and energy saving
* Final granule uniform and the fluidization is very good. It provided ideal granule material to tablet pressing procedure.
* Compared with traditional process, it can reduce 25% of binder and shorten drying time too.
* Each batch needs 2 minutes todry mixing and 1~4minutes to granulate.Compared with traditional process, its efficiency can raise 4~5 times.
* It can mix uniformly even when the gravity difference between main materialand excipient is very big, without the phenomenon of delamination
