Working Princple:
The way of the bottle unscrambler is positioning flip. Pured bottles into the bottles unscrambler's hopper,then organize the bottle with oscillation. The bottles will stand on the turntable(according to the customer's requirement can choose the way of the organization). After the organization, the bottles are transported to the parts of filling and capping. It can finish filling, adding nozzle, correcting and capping automatically. The qualified rate is high. It can work with labeling machine and printer as a producion line.
The bottle unscrambler is round bucket unscrambler. Poured the disorderly bottle into the bucket. When bottles are transported out, they are in order and the mouth is upwards. Then they will go to the transition turntable which has double track. Through the turntable the bottles enter to the filling and capping parts. The machine adopts linear filling. After filling it will finish adding nozzle and capping in turntable. There are two choices: component positioned capping or vacuum suction the nozzle and adding it. Then it finish correction and capping task. The line is used for medical, chemical and food industries.
