1. Perfect pressure systemwith main pressure & pre pressure, large pressure wheel with special structure design, so the machine has the ability of bearing heavy load without deformation and having long compression time.
2. Machine rotation speedis high and the turret linear speed is more than 100m/min; the maximum output can reach 450,000 tablets/h, it can meet the requirements of mass production for most pharmaceutical companies.
3. Upper pressure wheel is equipped with high accuracy pressure sensor through the lever principle.The average working pressure and single value pressure of tablets can be accurately displayed in touch screen. Once actual working pressure exceeds the limit, the machine will automatically stop.
4. This machineadopts automatic lubrication system to supply oil to the upper & lower guide rails, pressure wheels, upper & lower punches, etc., The lubrication time is freely adjusted on the touch screen, so as to obtain the best lubrication effect, reduce noise and extend the using life of related parts.
5. Without handwheel control, the main pressure, pre-pressure and filling volume can be adjusted automatically viatouch screen.
6. Withvarious monitoring and protection functions: raw material level, lubrication oil level, loading and unloading of upper & lower punches, pressure overload, interlock protection of doors & windows, emergency stop.
7. The electric control cabinet is integrated with the host machine, occupying a small area, the whole machine looks beautiful & advanced, and it’s easy for operation and maintenance.
8. High-precisionreduction gearbox, which has the characteristics of small clearance, stable running, low noiseand high bearing capacity.
9. Adopt high strength frame structure, main pressure 100KNand pre-pressure 40KN. It is especially suitable for direct powder compression, herbal medicine tablets and big size

The tablet compressionchamberadopts fully enclosed transparent window structure, which can clearly observe the working state.The tablet chute is located on the corner of main column, which makes it easy to open the door and window, ensure good sealing performance and effectively prevents dust pollution.
11. Tabletcompression chamberis completely separated from mechanism transmission area to effectively prevent cross contamination. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel or special surface treatment. There is no dead corner in the tablet pressing chamber, easy to load and unload molds, easy to clean and maintain. It meets the GMP standard.
