APPLICATION:
This cable is used for connection wiring of fixed or mobile electrical appliances and instruments in power distribution devices with rated voltage up to and including 450/750V, and widely used in steelworks, metallurgy, power and petrochemical industry, etc. This cable has excellent properties of high or low temperature resistant and anti-aging. These cables with silicone rubber insulation and sheath construction will not release toxic and corrosive gases are produced when burning.

Q/320481SS104-2019, or other standards required by customer.
CONSTRUCTION:
Conductor: copper wire, class 1 or class 2 or class 5 as per IEC60228.
Insulation: silicone rubber (SR)
Metallic screen(optional): bare copper wire braided(BCWB), or tinned copper wire braided(TCWB), or copper tape screen(CTS)
Outer sheath: silicone rubber (SR)

Continuous operating temperature: 180℃
Maximum short circuit temperature (5 Sec): 350℃
Operating ambient temperature scope: - 60℃ ～ 180℃
Minimum ambient temperature for laying: - 20℃
Minimum bending radius：≥6D for cables non-metallic screen or with copper wire braided screen ;
≥15D for cable with copper tape screen or armoured layer
