The structure and working principle of the chamber filter press are similar to the plate and frame filter press.The difference is that the two sides of the filter plate are recessed, and every two filter plates are combined into a box-shaped filter chamber, eliminating the need for the filter frame, and there is a round hole in the center of the filter plate. Working principle:
The chamber filter press is through the extrusion of the plate and frame, so that the water in the sludge is discharged through the filter cloth to achieve the purpose of dehydration.
A certain number of filter plates are closely arranged in a row under the action of strong mechanical force, and a filter chamber is formed between the filter plate surface and the filter plate surface. The solid part of the material is retained by the filter medium (such as filter cloth) to form a filter cake, and the liquid part is discharged from the filter chamber through the filter medium, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
