Application:

Low voltage XLPE insulated power cables are used for power distribution system with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and 1.8/3kV. Suitable for fixed installations, indoor and outdoor, in free air, for direct burial, in duct, trench, shaft, cable trays and ladders, etc..

Standards:

GB/T 12706.1, IEC60502-1, BS5467, AS/NZS 5000.1, or other standards on request.

Construction:

Conductor:	-Copper, Class 1, Class 2 and Class 5 as per IEC60228, or -Aluminum, or aluminum alloy 8030, Class 1, Class 2 as per IEC60228
Insulation:	Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE)
Filler:	Non-hygroscopic polypropylene(PP) yarn
Binder tape:	Non-woven fabric tape, or other similar tape
Overall screen (for optional):	copper tape, or concentric copper wire
Inner bedding (for armoured cable):	-Lapped tape bedding, or extruded PVC. or other extruded PE or LSZH
Armour (for armoured cable):	-Single core: non-magnetic double stainless steel tape(DSUSTA), or non-magnetic double aluminium tape(DATA), or non-magnetic stainless round steel wire(SUSWA), or non-magnetic round aluminum wire(AWA) -Multi-core: galvanized steel tape (DSTA), or galvanized steel wire(SWA)
Outer sheath:	-Polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Or other LSZH polyolefin, MDPE, HDPE
