The clamping and alignment of the web plate and flange plate will be done in H- beam assembly machine, there also have automatic tack-welding. Jinggong H beam assembly machine consists of an alignment system, conveyor rolls, hydraulic and electrical systems, etc. The upper pinch roller adopts two or four groups of rails which will ensure stable assembling and easy operation.
Max. length of H-Beam Assembling Machine can be 15m, and max. speed up to 6m/min. We can design and manufacture different specifications according to the different requirements of the client.
