Kawasaki Hydraulic Pump Test Bench, Hydraulic Gear Pump Testing Equipment
Hydraulic pump test-bed is designed and manufactured according to the national and industrial testing standards, which is suitable for the vane pump, gear pump, piston pump test of performance in single, double and multi-link of motor. This test-bed is a must test equipment for enterprises of hydraulic pump production, application, maintenance or re-manufacturing.
Fully automatic computer acquisition hydraulic pump test bed electrical control adopts high voltage independent type, frequency converter and high voltage part independent placed behind the bench, operation panel and the instrument layout is concise and easy, data acquisition interface is fully functional.
The control part of the electronic control system is based on PLC, collecting the state signal of the hydraulic system, receiving operation instructions and setting information of the parameters.Control mode breakups and automatic mode.The data acquisition system is based on the data sharing of the industrial control machine and the PLC, and the data collected by the PLC is analyzed and processed.Data acquisition software is test condition monitoring, data real-time display, test, process control, test curve drawing, test report generation, participants pump login information storage, fault alarm information display, test reports and test data management, and other functions.
